Clinic On App is a platform that provides easy access to a virtual clinic. Also providing vast amounts of services that can be utilized by any registered clinic, doctor and patient. The user has accepted all terms on the protection of personal data when creating his own profile, and is aware that he can read them publicly.
By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the platform’s data protection terms. The data protection policy is included in these terms and conditions and is considered a part of the application. The same rules that apply to changes and revisions to these terms also apply to changes and revisions to the privacy policy.
The user and the doctor are informed that any violation of image rights, respect for privacy or professional and medical confidentiality may be subject to sanctions, including criminal sanctions.
1. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

1.2. The use of false identity or dissemination of false data may lead to civil and/or criminal prosecution.
2. USE OF THE CLINIC ON APP
2.1. The Clinic On App virtual platform allows patients to book appointments with registered and licensed doctors.
2.2. Users can find a doctor, check availability, book appointments, view prescriptions, upload lab test reports and book secure, encrypted follow-up appointments
2.3. Clinic On App requires personal numbers that are in daily use. In order to register clinics, doctors and patients to notify them with major services updates or any other aspect.
3.TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLINIC/DOCTORS
3.1. DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS AND SPECIALTIES
Doctors on the Clinic On App platform are required to update their availability and profile with specialties. Doctor can manage their appointments with multiple clinics in one place. He has the option to add prescriptions and can view patient history for follow-up appointments.
3.2. APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY AND LOCATION
Doctors should maintain updated availability information on the Clinic On App with customizable days and time slots with multiple clinics. Users can schedule appointments based on the doctor's availability and location. Users can search doctor based on these filters like doctor near me, most experienced, available today and highest rated doctor. Doctors are encouraged to update their profiles regularly to reflect accurate availability.
3.3. USER IDENTITY CONFIRMATION
Doctors may use the provided mobile number or email address to confirm appointment requests. Confirmation processes help prevent invalid reservations and ensure a smooth appointment experience.
3.4. ACCESS OF LOCATION
Clinic On App required location access from doctors and clinic during setup of clinic. This location access will be exclusively used for setting up the correct clinic address.
4.TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PATIENTS
4.1. DOCTOR SELECTION AND APPOINTMENTS
Users are responsible for choosing doctors based on their specialties and location. The Clinic On App provides a user-friendly interface to facilitate the selection process. Users can schedule appointments based on their preferred doctor's availability.
4.2. APPOINTMENT LOCATION AND AVAILABILITY
Users can filter doctors based on their location and find those nearest to them. Availability information helps users choose appointment slots that suit their schedules.Make sure to mark correct date and time because changing it after the confirmation process is not available yet.
5. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION AND NOTIFICATIONS
5.1. Users will receive confirmation of their appointment request through SMS and/or email.
5.2. Notifications will include details such as appointment time, location, and doctor information.
6. ACCESS OF LOCATION AND CAMERA
Clinic On App required location access and camera from patient location exclusively for search doctors nearby and camera for submit lab test reports.
7. APPLICABLE LAW
7.1. The interpretation of this agreement and resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws followed by the healthcare departments.
7.2. When you use this app, you're assuring us that:
- You're 18 years or older, and your use of the app follows all the laws and rules.
- The information you give us when you sign up is true.
- You're here for personal use only, not to use the app for anything commercial.
You will not:
- You won't use the app in a way that breaks the law or harms the company or anyone else, as decided by the company.
- No sharing of harmful computer stuff like viruses through the app.
- You won't mess with the app, its services, or any connected networks, or mess with anyone else's use.
- You won't do anything mean or disruptive online, like spamming or trolling. We want everyone's experience to be positive.
8.USAGE AND LIMITATIONS OF MEDICAL SERVICES
Not all services described may be available to users, and eligibility is exclusive to members of Clinic On App. The services provided by Clinic On App does not involve clinical help for emergency or urgent conditions, including severe difficulty breathing, heart attacks, strokes, severe chest or abdominal pain, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, acute confused state with persistent fits, or suicidal distress. This service is not a substitute for a primary care physician, and users may still need to consult their own physician, if necessary.
